Notes: Tricolor flag - a rectangular shape with a ratio of 2:3 (width to length). The flag has three longitudinal stripes: azure (5 pieces), green (1 pieces) and silver-white (5 pieces). On the left side panels, one-third the length of blue and green bands inscribed historical coat of arms of the city. The colors of the flag symbolize: blue - the beauty and majesty; green - hope, joy, abundance, generosity; silver-white - innocence and purity. Approved by 17.03.1993.
